ITEM DESCRIPTION
This an antique, large and ultra rare Siemens Brothers & Co. sending receiving Morse ink writer station with wooden base and clockwork mechanism. Visible movement with original faceted glass. This model is almost impossible to find has been made for the Argentinian railroad market during the end of XIX century or beginning of XX century. Antique condition with small signals of use but unrestored to preserve its original condition.
During several years i found only a 3 models like this one in Argentina, always with missing and broken parts. However this one is incredibly complete (
do not even a screw is missing) and clockwork mechanism works perfectly. Even magneto, galvanometers and key are working !!!  I am sure it will be impossible to find another unit like this one in this condition. A really museum piece for demanding collectors.
