HEATHKIT Model HD-1410 Electronic Keyer with Power Cord

Vintage HEATHKIT Model HD-1410 Morse Code ELECTRONIC KEYER Paddle Iambic Keyer with Power Cord. Unit is not working, parts only. This Heathkit unit worked fine with my homebrew cw transmitter, but has not worked since I plugged it into my Kenwood TS-430S transceiver.  It powers on, the panel lamp lights, and all the voltage measurements per Heathkit are correct, but it will not operate.  It is either always closed or always open; I can't tell at this point (just using a multimeter).  I replaced an IC and a transistor, without improvement.  There is also no audible sidetone; there never has been with this keyer, for some reason.  I am selling it as is, "parts only".The case is nearly flawless.   Powers on.  Power cord included.
