Miniature wood Gardening Angel - unknown artist Great details Small Scale

I am not sure who the artist is, but this a excellent miniature.
It measures 1 1/4" tall by about 1" wide.
My friend loved to shop at the Chicago and Philly Shows.  She love quality items and was willing to pay for them.
I believe this is one of those items.
