This is a great product for running, walking theme parks, and much more when wearing shorts that have no pockets. It is very light weight at .03oz you will never know it is on and the best thing, it is concealed so no one will either. It wraps around your waist with an elastic Velcro web belt. It has two pockets one for your cell phone and another for you keys, money, mace spray, pepper spray, license or your iPod. It is great for walking accessories, jogging accessories or running accessories.  Here is a feedback.
Well the Running Buddy exceeded everything I was hoping it would this morning, Not only did it hold my energy GU, jelly beans, car key, mace and my phone during my 10 mile run in the "pouring rain" but not once did my phone get a drop of water on it!!!! Every runner needs one. I cant wait till I run my next 5K
