Stunning German "Patent Washable" doll circa late 1880-1915.They came in sizes from 8 to 42 inches tall. Some can sit and to see one in such great shape is rare. Usually one see`s these with cracks and crazing in the face. So awesome to see what looks to be her original outfit and bonnet. Beautiful glass blown eyes with human hair best to you !
This is a very rare and beautiful doll. She has glass eyes and hand painted eyebrows mohair wig and her original outfit that has glass stars set around the collar full lace bottom to her skirt black socks a beautiful corduroy bonnet There is an old repair in the back of the breast plate I will show in pictures. Her body is stuffed with what I believe to be straw there is a nip on the right hand finger Large Victorian 32” Paper Mache Papier-Mache Doll. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
