There is 1 of the bottom 4 rings/figurines missing. Rotates at about 1 revolution per minute. There are pictures with the lights on showing the images The color is a gold not silver from the reflections. Some pictures show the
    actual
    gold color.

    Clock does not run, and clock face shield has a crack.
    Lights, switch and rotation all work. Outside of rotating sign could use a cleaning Measures 27” X 16”.
